5 Days Amboseli Lake Naivasha & Masai Mara

This 5-day safari offers a perfect balance of wildlife, scenery, and adventure. From the iconic elephant herds of Amboseli beneath Mount Kilimanjaro, to the serene waters of Lake Naivasha, and finally the world-famous Masai Mara, this journey captures the best of Kenya in just under a week.

Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park (240km, approx. 4-5hrs) Meal Plan: Lunch, Dinner

Depart Nairobi for Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive with a chance to spot large elephant herds, lions, cheetahs, and giraffes against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Dinner & overnight at Amboseli Camp/Lodge

Day 2: Amboseli – Lake Naivasha (Boat Ride & Crescent Island) – 340km, approx. 6 -7 hrs

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Early breakfast & drive via Nairobi into the Great Rift Valley, arriving at Lake Naivasha in time for lunch. Afternoon, take a scenic boat ride to see hippos, waterbirds, and lush vegetation, followed by a guided walking safari on Crescent Island among giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests. Dinner & overnight at Lake Naivasha Camp/Lodge

Day 3: Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara National Reserve (265km, approx. 5 – 6 hrs)

Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Depart after breakfast for the Masai Mara, Kenya’s most famous reserve. Arrive for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game drive, searching for the Big Five and other wildlife across the rolling savannah. Dinner & overnight at Masai Mara Camp/Lodge

Day 4: Masai Mara National Reserve Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara. Take morning and afternoon game drives, or a full-day safari with picnic lunch deep in the reserve. If traveling between July and October, you may witness the Great Migration. Dinner & overnigh

Day 5: Masai Mara – Nairobi – Departure (270km, approx. 5 – 6 hrs)

Meal Plan: Breakfast Breakfast & drive to Nairobi. Drop-off at your hotel or airport for onward travel.
